Build the room

Create a data room and add your folders and files. Organize them the way a reader would expect: financials, legal, product, team.

Open the room in your PaperTrack dashboard, navigate to the Share Links tab, and click Create New Link to generate a link for the whole room instead of for a single document.

Set the access rules

Choose a password, turn on the NDA gate, and add the domains allowed to open it.

What It Doesn't Do Yet

Honesty is useful when you are comparing tools, so here are the current limits:

Team-wide visibility: Data rooms are visible to all members of your team. Per-person permissions on a single room are not available yet.

Hosted service: PaperTrack is a hosted service. Self-hosting and choosing a data region are not available.

CRM integration: Document views do not sync into a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce automatically.
