Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By registering for, accessing, or using PaperTrack ("Service"), including sharing documents, launching virtual data rooms, or viewing analytics, you enter into a binding legal contract with PaperTrack. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Billing & Online Reseller Terms (Paddle.com)

Our order process, payment transactions, and subscription invoicing are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all paid PaperTrack subscription transactions.

2.1 Payment Processing & Tax: Paddle collects payment details, issues tax/VAT compliant invoices, and processes recurring credit card or PayPal charges according to your selected plan (Growth at $19/mo or Enterprise at $49/mo).

2.2 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Paid plans include a 14-day money-back refund policy handled through Paddle. If you are unsatisfied, contact Paddle Support ↗ or our team within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

2.3 Plan Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click in your billing dashboard. Access continues through the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Document Ownership & Confidentiality

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all PDFs, pitch decks, financial proposals, and M&A files uploaded to PaperTrack. PaperTrack does not claim any ownership rights over your confidential content.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use PaperTrack to distribute malware, phishing links, counterfeit documents, or illegal material. PaperTrack reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate system integrity or security standards.

5. NDA Gate Workflow & Binding E-Signatures

PaperTrack provides click-through Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) gates. When a recipient accepts an NDA before viewing a document or data room, PaperTrack generates a timestamped, IP-verified audit trail between sender and recipient.
